The Calming Toolkit is a 9 phase process, and before you worry about it being 9 phases, don't worry, we're not going to throw it all at you at once.

I understand you're probably already overwhelmed, that's why they drop out week by week and you retain ongoing access whenever you need it because it's a toolkit. It's about developing calming tools of support and being able to access those tools if and when you need them.

How Is The Material Presented?

Multiple forms of learning materials are presented to accommodate various learning styles.

Each week a new module will be released for 9 weeks and include a new video(s) (with closed captions) presenting the lesson(s) for the week.

You will also have access to the presentation material if you prefer to read along or take notes while taking the class.

Some weeks will also have handouts, worksheets, or a meditation to take the material to a deeper level for you. Also, each week you will learn about at least one new calming tool that helps lower stress in your body. You will then get to practice implementing that tool during the week as homework. But don't worry, I promise it will be the calmest homework you ever had (this isn't math class)!
