After You Receive Your Plan
The following Tuesday, after you receive your written plan, you get access to a full day of Voxer (10 am – 4 pm EST) with me directly. You can message questions, get clarity on anything in your plan, and get real support as you start. This is direct message access, so implementation actually happens.

After booking, you'll receive a short intake form. Fill it out before our call, so I arrive already thinking about your situation.

After our session, I create your fully personalized wellness strategy- your constitution, seasonal guidance, monthly calendar, recipes, journal prompts, and resources. All customized to you.

Your Written Plan Arrives Within 1 week
A complete document will arrive in your inbox within a week after our meeting with a clear, usable plan to follow at your own pace. I aim for sooner, but due to the customization involved, it takes quite a bit of time to put it together.

You have access to Voxer hours the following Tuesday after you receive your plan from 10 am – 4 pm EST. Message me directly with questions, clarifications, or anything you want to think through as you start moving forward.

I've spent decades studying herbalism, Ayurvedic and seasonal wellness, nervous system support, nutrition, and the real-life intersection of physical and energetic health. I work with women who are done getting handed a protocol that wasn't built for them.
